This skill is obtained by equipping the Saint's Force Calibur weapon, which is awarded to a random eligible player per class every Sunday at midnight. To be eligible, your character must be a guild representative, level 200, and complete Challenge Mission Rank 3 at least 4 times that week. Once selected, pick up the weapon at Lakeside.
